Las Piteras Superior / Casa del Sol
Many guests know the Superior Apartments as "Casa del Sol",
and some will surely remember Eddy, who used to run this house.
The Superior Apartments are located in a building in the first row to the sea.
They are similar to the
Sea Front Apartments
but they are substantially larger. They have a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom
and a living room with an open, integrated kitchen. They are basically suitable for
up to two persons. However, in two of these apartments there is a third bed in the
bedroom, and the living room and dining area have been correspondingly equipped, so
that even three people can live here.
Four of the apartments face the sea directly, and the fifth one is located on the
South side of the building, making it better protected from the wind. It especially
has the advantage of the great evening sun.
You only need to walk a few steps to reach the pool, and one can hardly live
closer to the sea...
There are sun loungers on the terrace in front of the apartment and, of course,
each apartment has its table and chairs there.
Bed linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly. We can organize your transfer
to the airport or organize a rental car.

Casa del Sol ground floor. The five Superior Apartments are located in the
lower of the two buildings. In the ground floor of the building above it, there is
(on the left) an apartment with two bedrooms and a large, enclosed terrace that is
ideal for small children.
