Studio Apartments in the first row to the sea, with a direct view of the sea from the
living room and the terrace. There is a swimming pool in the facility, which is located right
at the tidal basin.
Las Piteras Studios
The four studios are in building A of our facility, also right in the first row to the sea.
They are all on the ground floor facing the Atlantic and have a large sun terrace in front of them.
There are two different types: Studio I (the smaller one) and Studio II (the larger one).
They differ not only in terms of square meters, but the sleeping area in the two outer Studio II
Apartments is separated by a partition, whereas in the two smaller studios the living room and
the sleeping area are in the same room.
There are deckchairs and garden furniture on the terrace in front of the studios. It is
simply a very nice place to enjoy the day, right by the sea.
All apartments have a similar layout: The living room with its open, integrated kitchen,
the sleeping area with a double bed and the bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC. They
are suitable for one to two people. The swimming pool is located right next to the building.
Bed linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly. We can organize your transfer
to the airport or organize a rental car.

End-of-stay cleaning one daily rent. From 14 days on end-of-stay cleaning included.
To guarantize a fix apartment number there will be a surcharge of 10%.
Check-in at the apartment: 11:00AM - 10:30PM. For later check-in we charge a fee of 30 eur.
